Hard to believe my year as your President has begun.
We’ve already had another successful TDA meeting in
Nashville, where our own Dr. John Osborne was
elected president-elect. We are all very proud of John’s
accomplishments, not only for our society but also at
the state level. We know John will make a great TDA
President.
Last year we awarded over 3,800 continuing education
credit hours through the Second District. Thanks to
Danny Chacko for his fine leadership. Our society has
many dedicated hardworking members. Walt Fain is
one of the most dedicated. Walt has put together another
outstanding roster of programs. Please plan to
attend as many as possible. I especially want to extend
an invitation to our Dental Alliance members to join us
as often as possible. Second District Dental Alliance
has many activities that promote dental health throughout
the year. All of us should support those activities.
Dr. Marshall Parker and his committee put on a great
Fishing Rodeo in May at Euchee Marina. I know everyone
had a great time as usual.
